Selectman Patton called the meeting to order at 3:39 P.M. with the following in attendance: Selectman Lewis, G. Jones, J. Semmelrock and J. Wells. First Selectman Eldredge recused himself from this meeting.
EXECUTIVE SESSION – PERSONNEL ISSUES
SELECTMAN LEWIS MOVED TO GO INTO EXECUTIVE SESSION AT 3:40 P.M. TO DISCUSS PERSONNEL ISSUES AND INVITE G. JONES, J. SEMMELROCK AND J. WELLS.
Selectman Patton seconded the motion.
VOTE: 2 YES (PATTON & LEWIS) 0 NO
SELECTMAN LEWIS MOVED TO COME OUT OF EXECUTIVE SESSION AT 4:20 P.M.
Selectman Patton seconded the motion.
VOTE: 2 YES (PATTON & LEWIS) 0 NO
SELECTMAN LEWIS MOVED TO ADJOURN THE MEETING AT 4:21 P.M.
Selectman Patton seconded the motion.
VOTE: 2 YES (PATTON & LEWIS) 0 NO
